WebUse FAT to format the pen drive. Unzip the BIOS package, go into the DOS directory and copy the BIOS (should have an extension of .fd) and FLASH IT.EXE (that's one word but it gets edited) to the root directory of the pen drive. You also need to rename the .fd file- I don't recall the name but Google around and you will find it. WebCopy that file onto a FAT32 formatted USB pendrive. It must be the only file on the pendrive. Then insert the pendrive in one of the two USB2 ports. Turn the machine completely off. Then press and hold the FN + ESC keys. Plug in the charger. Then turn the machine on. Don't let go of the FN+ESC keys until you see LED activity on the pendrive.
