Web30 mei 2012 · HTH "Green to Blue" is a three part process. Step 1 is shocking to kill the algae using Calcium Hypochlorite. Step 2 is adding a flocculent (aluminum chloride aka Aluminum chlorohydrate) to drop the dead algae out of the water. Step 3 is vacuuming to waste. If you can figure out how to vacuum to waste, that would save you a lot of work. WebI love the green to blue by HTH, and I have had this floaty stuff on the surface a few times. What I did, was spray a fine mist with my hose into the air above the pool. When the droplets hit the water this breaks the surface skin and it all falls to the bottom. Give it a bit after the hose trick and you can vac on waste. 1.
