WebGeneral description In order to improve the timely availability of data related to coronavirus (COVID-19) in adult care homes the Welsh Government and Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) have agreed to publish the number of notifications of deaths of adult care home residents involving COVID-19 (both confirmed and suspected). WebYou can apply to change details (similar to what you would provide in the eforms) to do things like request change of manager, change address and relevant individuals. This will require Care Inspectorate approval. You can also update (without the need for approval) your contact details, email, phone numbers.
